Members of the Saint Vincent Monastic Community will participate in the annual Blessing of the Harvest at 3 p.m. Wednesday, November 26 at the Saint Vincent Gristmill. It is customary when new grains from the year's harvest are brought to the Gristmill to have a blessing service, which is traditionally the day before Thanksgiving. Archabbot Douglas R. Nowicki, O.S.B., will conduct the ceremony, which will take place in the museum adjacent to the Gristmill General Store. The public is invited to attend.
